Teachers, book your self-guided tour or guided tour with a mediator

All group visits must be booked in advance. Groups without a confirmed booking will not be permitted admission to the memorial. We advise you to make your booking several months in advance due to high demand and the site’s limited capacity.

For any enquiries, please contact the booking department by telephone or e-mail at reservation.cerd [at] onacvg [point] fr or by calling +33 (0)3 88 47 44 57 (the booking department is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm).

A memorial site

You are going to visit a place of remembrance where thousands of men and women died. For these reasons, we ask that you behave solemnly and dress appropriately throughout the site, out of respect for the victims.

It is essential to prepare pupils for their visits in order to raise their awareness of the camp’s history and the respect owed to its victims. Please take a look at the internal rules and the visitor’s guide.

How to book

To book your self-guided tour (without a memorial mediator), please fill out the online booking form, indicating your preferred date and time slot. The booking will be validated by our booking department, which will inform you of its feasibility. If your booking is confirmed, your tickets will be sent to you by e-mail and must be presented at the reception desk of the European Centre of Deported Resistance Members on the day of your visit.

Upon arrival, we kindly ask that you strictly adhere to the schedule and number of participants indicated when you made your booking.

Maximum number of participants for self-guided tours (without a memorial mediator): Maximum 50 people per time slot (half an hour), including accompanying adults (1 accompanying adult for every 10 pupils).
